The following are the official Rule and Regulations of Sparrot Meda Pvt. Ltd. - Miss & Mrs. India Contestants must read and adhere to the following rule and regulations in order to participate in Miss & Mrs. India . To be eligible as a contestant: The Registration Fee is Rs. 99.00/- Including Gst. (T&C*).

The Grooming Charges & Registration fee are Non Refundable if you are not selected as a Finalist.

The Organizers have authority to extend the date or Change the Event Venue. The Applicant can't claim For anything.

Applicant is a citizen or legal resident of India or Indian born. The applicant can be married, divorced, widowed, unmarried with or without children. Applicant must never have, nor will she during her reign, pose for any photography, video, or film associated with any nudity or pornography. Nor has she ever or is presently involved in any form of employment which involves partial or complete nudity.

The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per the schedule given. The organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.

Applicant understands and agrees that any misconduct, negative innuendoes or misrepresentation of themselves or other participants, through any form, be it oral, written and/or by actions, will be grounds for disqualification, without question. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.

The organisers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk & responsibility.

In the event of any dispute, the organizers decisions are final and binding on the applicant. Deadlines are determined by the number of entries. The decision of the judges is final. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.

All fees paid to the pageant are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part. Only the Refund will be made if in case the event gets canceled by the Organizers, after a confirmed press release note.

After being selected as a finalist & submission of finalist name, the finalists cannot quit or back out, in that case there will be no refund & actions will be taken against the finalist for misguiding the organization

1. How do I participate?

Simply fill up the online registration form on our website. On submitting your details, you will receive a otp for verification your registration from our web portal. Once the e payment is done, your registration will be accepted and you can fill all the others details by login to the website .

2. When do I pay the Registration fee?

You need to pay the fee while registration of your preliminary information

4. When do I receive the information regarding Auditions?

Once your registration is complete, you will have Training Videos in your login panel, thereafter you will get automatically receive all details on your registered email id, WhatsApp, or you can download your Audition participants Attendance letter.

5. How do I participate?

Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.

6. Is English language compulsory?

No. It is not mandatory. You can speak in any language you prefer – English / Hindi / Punjabi / Marathi / Tamil etc. There are no scores for language. We are conducting Auditions all over India by state and Union territory

7. How do the Auditions take place?

Auditions is mainly your personal round of interview with the Jury Panel. You will be assessed on your overall personality, confidence and the ability to answer all questions.

8. Where will Grand Finale be held?

It will be conducted in Goa.

We at Sprrot Media Pvt. Ltd. are pleased to accept registrations for our beauty pageant through our website, Android app, and iOS app.

Non-Refundable Registration Fee

All registration fees for participation in our beauty pageant are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the payment is made, it is considered final and cannot be reversed.

Complaint Resolution:

We strive to provide a positive and satisfactory experience to all participants. If any participant has concerns or complaints, we encourage them to first communicate in writing with our company through our official communication channels. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and amicably.

Government Authorities Contact:

In the event that a participant feels their complaint has not been resolved through written communication with Sprrot Media Pvt. Ltd., they may contact the relevant government authorities. However, we encourage participants to exhaust all possible means of resolution with our company before involving external parties.

Jurisdiction Limit:

The jurisdiction limit for any legal matters related to our beauty pageant is limited to Delhi, India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

By registering for our beauty pageant, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this refund policy. Sprrot Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time, and any such changes will be communicated through our official communication channels.
